Refund policy
We have a 14-calendar-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return the garments must come back in the same condition as they were received, all tags included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Spanish peninsular returns have an associated cost of 10€. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Spanish insular returns have an associated cost of 10€. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
European returns have two options:
On one hand they can choose whatever shipping company, pay the shipment and provide us with the tracking number.
On the other hand we can provide a shipping label with an associated cost of 35€.
Rest of the world returns have two options:
On one hand they can choose whatever shipping company, pay the shipment and provide us with the tracking number.
On the other hand we can provide a shipping label with an associated cost of 35€.
Once we receive the items we will check if the garments are in the same condition as they were received. If everything is correct we will make a refund. It will take from 5 to 7 working days.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any additional costs associated with shipping/tax will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, personalized items or made-to-order items),personal care goods (such as beauty products) and digital items. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production or confection has begun. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
If you buy the same item in different sizes you will be charged the shipping cost. We will deduce it from the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
