Returns
You have fourteen calendar days from receiving your order to change your mind, without giving a reason. Write to info@dameapresparis.com and we will send you the instructions. Please don't send anything back before asking.
Pieces must come back unworn, in the condition you received them and with all their tags.
Return shipping is at your cost: 10 € anywhere in Spain, 35 € for Europe and the rest of the world — or arrange the shipment yourself and send us the tracking number.
We refund the order, including the standard outbound shipping, within fourteen calendar days of hearing from you, to the same payment method.
This is separate from your statutory guarantee of conformity, three years from delivery, which has no deadline to report. Full detail in our returns policy.
